The great news is that the key to your success is not a mystery and once you understand what it takes there is going to be nothing that can stop you from crushing it; as long as you truly decide to do what it takes.
Success in Network Marketing
Becoming one of the best in this industry is no different from becoming one of the best in any other industry. It takes first and foremost a decision to do make it happen.
And when I say a decision I am not talking about some halfhearted oh ya I am going do this whishy washy decision.
Oh no if you want the lifestyle that this business can provide you with than you are going to have to make a rock solid nothing is going to stop me I am going to work my ass off until it happens and never ever quit decision.
That is the decision the top leaders in your company made and that is the decision you are going to have to make.
Nothing worthwhile in life is just given to you. Network Marketing is the same.
There is no lifestyle out there like the lifestyle that this industry can give you. The time freedom, money, fame, adventure, fun, family time. Nothing else compares to it.
But it is not free, nothing in life is.
You have to work for it, you have to want it bad.
Success is Absolutely Possible for You!
Now the absolutely exciting news for you is you can do it. You most definitely can.
Even though this business takes effort and perseverance it is not rocket science. Anyone with determination and a good work ethic can go onto achieve incredible results.
This is not like making it in the NBA where you need to be born with an insane out of this world skill set and talent.
Not at all. Network Marketing is the great equalizer. It evens the playing field and allows every day ordinary people like you and me to create wild and crazy levels of success.
People are doing it daily and so can you. If others have done it and are doing it there is no reason you cannot also.
All they have different from those who not succeed is a rock solid determination to make it happen. Rock Solid!
You see most people come into this business and treat it like a hobby.
Oh I might ask 1 person this week to look at my business presentation. Oh I might get on the team call this week. Oh I might do personal development today.
If you treat it like a hobby it will pay you like a hobby would.
You have to put the time in. You have to do what is required daily. You have to learn the new skill sets. You have to treat it like the 6 & 7 figure business opportunity it is if you want it to pay you 6 or 7 figures.
Success in your network marketing business is possible for you, you can do it AND you can do it part-time.
If you put in 2 hours a day of doing what is required it would blow your mind what you will accomplish in 6 – 12 months from now.
It is so worth make that rock solid decision you are doing this!
How to Create Success in Your Business
So once you have ingrained it into your head that you can do this and are going to do this it is time to go to work making it happen.
The first thing you need to understand is that it is going to take time.
Like I said 6 – 12 months of dedicated effort and you will be shocked at what you can accomplish.
However like success in any other arena there are certain skill sets you need to learn; and learning and getting good at them does take time. So give yourself a break, have patience with yourself and allow yourself the time to learn and get good at it.
There are is one main skill set that you must master to be successful and that is Prospecting. Master this skill set and the sky is the limit for you.
The Skill that Pays Big Dollars – Prospecting
There is no question that prospecting is the number one skill set you need to master to become a success in your network marketing business.
In fact if you only learn this 1 skill set you will become insanely successful and be able to live the life that most people only ever dream of.
How freaking cool is that? Learn one skill set and you have made it. Learn one skill set that anyone can learn including you and you get to live the lifestyle you have always dreamed of.
When I realized this I became very excited. I made the decision I would learn this skill set no matter what.
How to Prospect
When it comes to prospecting there are 4 methods that will produce the best results for you and that you should focus your time and energy on.
- Warm Market
- Living Life
- Attraction Marketing
If you use these 4 together they are an extremely powerful combination and you will become a very successful prospector and recruiter.
We will quickly look at each of these, why they are important, how to maximize your results with them and then I will give you some additional resources to begin learning each of them.
The Warm Market is the Foundation of ALL Successful Network Marketing Organizations
Your warm market are people that you already know. I.e. your friends, family and acquaintances. Anyone who if they heard your name would know who you are.
Now be warned there is a misconception in recent years regarding network marketing. And it is perpetrated and propagated by a group of marketers who want to take advantage of and profit from people who fall prey to this falsity.
The misconception is that you can build a network marketing business by not sharing the opportunity with friends and family. That you can skip this step. This is a major mistake if you fall for it.
I will not go so far as to say that some people have not succeeded doing so. But it makes this business infinitely more difficult and lowers your chances of success tremendously if you try to build an organization and not include building from yours and your team member’s warm market.
There are marketers out there who will tell you that you do not have to do so as long as you buy their course, program or system. They know many people consider going to friends and family as painful or difficult so they tap into that pain by trying to sell you their stuff. Don’t fall prey to it.
Now do not get me wrong. I am all for using other prospecting methods and systems, and I discuss and recommend them in this post… but the warm market must come first!
Why You Must Focus on the Warm Market First
First going to your warm market is easy if you do it right. There is no need for it to be painful, in fact it was very profitable for me and many of my team members so to be it was fun.
Second sharing your business with friends and family is where you learn how to do this business. It is your training grounds before you head to the cold market.
Third I created a 6 figure income from my warm market. Thousands of people have. It works if done the right way and it can be very profitable.
Fourth you want your team to start out going to their warm market because it is the easiest way for them to build which also means it is the easiest way for you to build a large team.
If everyone who comes in to your business skips their warm market and goes immediately to trying to learn cold market strategies it is going to take them too long to start sponsoring people and many will quit and the ones that stay will take a long time to get momentum happening which will slow your growth down tremendously.
Your warm market is simple and it is duplicatable which means your team will be able to do it; which you need to happen in order for duplication to happen in your organization and grow you a large downline.
You will find that the harder a prospecting method is the less people on your team will do it. And an even smaller amount that will see success from it. You must keep the basic prospecting activities simple.
Now do not misunderstand me. I am not like the old school network marketers who only want you doing warm market recruiting.
Not at all. The complete opposite in fact. You should be done your warm market within 30 days tops. Then we move to cold market prospecting right away.
Your warm market is where you start. The warm market is where your team starts. Start everyone there first. Create a culture within your team that this what we do starting out.

Living Life – Keep It Simple
All my living life strategy for prospecting involves is keeping an eye out for sharp people while you are out living your life day to day.
I do not recommend you head out around town trying to find prospects. That is an old school tactic and because of the internet and social media there is no reason to put yourself through that painful process.
Instead go out into the world, live your life and enjoy yourself. Do not put the pressure on yourself to have to prospect every waiter or waitress who serves you lunch. lol
All I do with this strategy is be a normal human being.
If I am at my kids basketball game I talk to other parents there. If I am getting my hair cut I talk to my hair dresser. If am at a party I talk to the other people there.
What do I talk to them about?
Normal every day human stuff. Sports, kids, the weather, news, vacations, etc.
My point is I am normal and I do not talk to them about my business. I do not try to recruit them right then and there.
That’s right I said right then and there. What I do is be normal, converse with them and than as a rapport/relationship of some sort is built I add them to Facebook.
And then I let my Facebook prospecting (which we are about to talk about) do the work of recruiting them for me.
By keeping your eyes open for sharp people while living your life normally you can easily add 10 – 20 new prospects to Facebook each month.
Which leads us to my next prospecting method that you should definitely include in your business plan for creating success in your network marketing business.
Facebook Recruiting is a Gold Mine
Social media is the greatest invention in the history of the world for network marketers.
I literally laugh out loud when I hear someone ask the question “where can I find people to talk to about my business”?
Ummm say what?
Have you heard of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and the thousands of other social media sites that PEOPLE hang out on all day.
Prospects are literally everywhere!
Yes absolutely there is a right way and a wrong way to prospect people for your MLM business. No question. You have to do it right or it is a waste of time.
But doing it right is simple once you learn how. Facebook is by far the best recruiting site out of all of the social media sites.
Once your team members have gone through their warm market Facebook is where you want to start them off next. Get them all on there using the techniques I train on and they are going to get results, they are going to recruit new team members and find new customers and your business is going to grow exponentially.
The key here is to learn to use Facebook the right way. And the scary part is that the majority of network marketers are using it ALL wrong and doing way more harm to their business and the industry as a whole then good.
Here are some places to get started learning my strategies to crush it on Facebook:
Attraction Marketing a League of Its Own
Where the warm market is the foundation for success in your business and Facebook is a gold mine your team needs to be harvesting, there is no question that Attraction Marketing is in a league of its own.
If you incorporate warm market (living life) with Facebook and then add Attraction Marketing on top of it you are going to set yourself far apart from the majority of even the most successful networkers.
Attraction Marketing is where the major industry leaders and trainers are created. All of the top leaders in this business use it to create their brand and build their businesses.
Attraction Marketing involves branding you and not your network marketing company. It involves setting yourself apart from the crowd as a serious leader and player in the industry.
It involves becoming seen as a go to person in network marketing. A top dawg. A powerhouse.
When you are perceived like this you no longer have to prospect as prospects come to you looking to join your business. Recruiting becomes a breeze because you literally have people flocking to you wanting to work with you and you get to pick and choose who you want to be on your team.
Believe it or not this is very possible and incredibly powerful.
Absolutely it takes work, effort and time to make this a reality. 6 – 18 months of dedicated effort!
But would it be worth it to put in the required time and energy to have all of your dreams become a reality within the next 18 months?
If your answer is not a resounding yes then you need to take a hard look at how serious you really are about achieving success in network marketing.
Now again do not get me wrong. It is not a magic bullet. It takes time and energy and serious dedication.
It is not for everyone and I do not recommend teaching it to your team members until they have shown they are extremely serious about building a business.
You should not spend any more than 30% of your time using this strategy. It is crucial for your organizations growth that they see you engaged in the other methods we discussed in this post.
This is because people are going to do what you do. If they think you are creating success only through attraction marketing then that is what they are going to want to do and I have explained to you that it takes 6 – 18 months to get any traction using this method and guess what?
The majority of your team members will not be dedicated to that time frame and will quit.
You need to get them making money fast and that is through the other methods we talked about.
