When it comes to the best Multilevel Marketing Strategies that I could give you they would all be based around recruiting.
You see recruiting is the life blood of your business. It is what we do here. It is the foundation of success in your business.
It does not matter how large of a pay check you have created with your MLM business if you are not recruiting it is going to start to go backwards.
And my friend believe it or not that is great news!
It truly is. Think about it….
All you need to do to realize all of your goals and create an incredible lifestyle for yourself is learn how to recruit. That is it. Learn just one skill.
And the great thing is that anyone can learn to become good enough at recruiting to become very successful at multilevel marketing. Especially if they focus their efforts on learning how to recruit on the internet and social media.
You see recruiting is a learned skill set. Just like all of the other skill sets you have learned in your lifetime. And you have learned a ton of them. And there is no reason why you cannot learn just one more. So many people from all walks of life have done it and so can you.
So do you see why I say this is great news?
Learn just one more skill set and you can literally write your own ticket.
Alright let’s get into my top 5 strategies shall we?
Strategy #1 – Point to 3rd Party Tools
When you are recruiting it is crucial that you take yourself out of the equation. You cannot be perceived by your prospect as being some super-duper sales person.
If you come to your prospect in this manner they are not going to join your business period!
This is because everything you do your prospect is watching you and thinking to themselves they have to also do.
If you try to sell and convince them of joining your business they are not going to be interested because they are going to think they have to sell and convince people and nobody wants to do that and nobody has the time to learn how to do that.
Instead, it is crucial that you point to 3rd party tools such as websites, videos, webinars and Facebook groups and let those tools do all of the selling and telling about your opportunity and product for you.
All you do is simply ask someone if they are open to looking at the opportunity and if they are provide them with a 3rd party tool to get the information.
Now what happens when you do that is your prospect is thinking, wow all Robb did was ask me if I was open to an opportunity and than gave me a video to watch, I can do that!

Strategy #2 – Learn to Make Friends
It is important for you to understand that all we do in order to be successful in Multilevel Marketing is simply get good at making friends and than ask our new friends if they are open to looking at an opportunity.
That is it my friend.
This is a very simply business model that people love to over complicate.
Your main focus needs to be on making friends. You want to get very good at this. And in order to do that you need to get out there and meet people.
And I am going to give you a few strategies in this post that you can use to do that.
You need to set a goal of meeting at least 5 – 10 people every single day (5 days a week at least). And again with social media and the strategies I train on this is a very attainable goal and not hard to accomplish at all.
OK so the next strategies are going to be methods you can start using right away to get out there and meet people.
Strategy #3 – The People That You Know
There is a reason that pretty much every MLM company, leader and team recommends you start with the people that you know aka your warm market… because it works!
This strategy alone has created countless success stories over the years. I am one of them, I was able to create a 6 figure income by marketing to my warm market, so I am clearly a big advocate of starting with this method. You can read more about my story here if you like.
I can assure you that it is a huge mistake to skip this market of people.
In fact even if you have no success with your warm market it is still important to include it as part of your team’s business plan.
There are a few reasons for this…
Reason #1 – Every Dud Knows a Stud.
You never know who is going to run with your business and crush it. It could be someone you know, or it could be someone your new team members knows. You never know.
If you don’t go to your warm market you are going to miss out on tremendous growth because there will be people in your team who definitely know people how will blow the business up.
By not focusing on your warm market you risk missing out on people like myself who built large organizations from our warm market.
It really makes no sense to skip this potentially large revenue stream.
Reason #2 – You Need Training & Experience
Your warm market is what prepares you for prospecting people you do not know, i.e. the cold market.
It is your training grounds…
It is where you learn how to prospect and what is involved in the process. It is where you get the experience to go to the cold market.
People you know are typically more forgiving than people you don’t, so you get to practice on them.
Prospecting is not hard, approaching a person to see if they are open to looking an opportunity is a straight forward process, as is following up with them.
However, practice makes perfect and it simply makes sense to practice on people you know verses putting the effort into meeting new people only to mess up the process with them because you did not practice in advance.
Strategy #4 – Focus on Making Friends on Social Media
The internet and social media was a complete game changer for the multilevel marketing industry.
In the old days after you ran out of the people you knew to prospect you really did not have many options outside of either buying & cold calling leads which is a nightmare or getting out into your community and meeting people.
Both options were hard and made building your business difficult and time-consuming.
But the internet changed that.
People now literally live a very large portion of their lives on social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter to name a few.
As a result when you use the right strategies meeting new friends has never been easier.
And it does not matter if all of those social media sites crash and burn because new sites will emerge to replace them and the same strategies will apply.
The big thing to remember when prospecting on social media is friends first. Your goal is not to go out and sell to people; your goal is to go out and meet and get to know people.
Do not be a spammer. Do not spam your company’s name and website links all over the place. Do not harass people and try to sell them on joining.
Instead, have fun…
Treat social media like going to a party. When you go to a party you go to have fun and get to know people, you do not go to a party and try to spam or sell to everyone there.
Once you have made friends with people only than do you move into asking them if they are open to looking at an opportunity.
When you focus on doing this prospecting becomes fun and a very straight forward and simple process.

Strategy #5 – Put the Marketing Back into Multilevel Marketing
It’s funny to me that even though our industry is called multilevel marketing or network marketing the majority of people for some reason forget about the “marketing” aspect of the business.
They focus on the networking part but leave the marketing component out of the equation.
Don’t do that!
On top of all of the other strategies I just covered you also need to learn to “market” your business by using strategies such as blogging, video marketing and Facebook business pages.
And there is an internet recruiting strategy in our industry that you can implement called Attraction Marketing that does just that.
It is a long term strategy that involves you creating pieces of content such as blogs, videos and Facebook ads geared towards attracting your prospects to you.
You attract your prospect to you by basing the content you create on helping your prospect solve their problems.
The content you create will be designed to help them by providing answers to the questions they have.
For an example someone may do a search on how to lose weight and come across your blog post or video on 5 ways to lose weight fast.
They start to take note of you…
They see you on your blog providing valuable information, they see you on YouTube doing the same thing, and they see you on FB, Instagram and Twitter. You are everywhere!
Pretty soon they come to see you as an expert on the subject matter of losing weight.
And when this happens they become very open to any product recommendations you might have.
Which of course if you are in a health and wellness company your product recommendations will be your company’s product.
You can do the same thing with a business focus and a goal of recruiting people instead of getting customers.
In this case you would provide information on helping people who are looking to earn money from home. Your content would be geared towards solving that problem and giving people solutions.
And of course your number 1 recommendation to help them make money from home would be your multilevel marketing company.
Now again this is a long term strategy and what I just explained to you is a very high elevated and basic overview of what is involved with it.
It does take time to get traction using this method and it is why you must focus primarily on the other strategies I discussed. I always recommend people spend no more than 30% of their time allotted to build their business implementing this method.
Eventually once you do get traction and things take off for you than you can cut back on the other strategies because this method will eventually provide you with enough interested prospects that you will not be able to keep up with them all.
