Today we are going answer the question of Is MLM Attraction Marketing? I see many people asking this question online and I believe there is a lot of confusion around this subject.
So in today’s post I am going to explain exactly what it is, how it works and how you can use it to create a very profitable business.
So to start with right off the bat, let me be very clear MLM is NOT Attraction Marketing. 
What attraction marketing is, is a method or a strategy that you can use to build a business or downline. There are additional streams of income associated with it, but its primary function is to help you prospect and recruit people into your downline.
And in fact it can be used to build any multi level or network marketing business you are with or thinking about joining.

Here is How It Works
The whole premise behind this strategy is that people love to work with the expert or the leader.
People are attracted to those who know where they are going.
So using internet marketing techniques what you do is set yourself up as the leader, as the expert, as the person who can help other people achieve the success they desire, hence attracting them to you.
The more they get to know you.
The more they see you on the internet, YouTube, Facebook providing valuable information.
The more what you teach them helps them.
Well then, the more you become seen as an expert in their mind and eventually over time, it dawns on them that the fastest way to achieve the success they are striving for is to join you in your MLM business.
Let’s Look at An Example
Let’s say that you want to recruit opportunity seekers into your business.
An opportunity seeker is someone who is researching online all of the options available for them to make money.
You can go to work at setting yourself up as the work from home guru.
You could do this by starting a work from home blog and writing blog posts about all of the different money making opportunities out there and how they work.
You might want to do a work from home YouTube video per day and possibly start an Instagram account and/or a twitter feed where you give tips on helping people make money from home.
Have all of your posts point back to your blog…
On your blog push people towards a newsletter sign up. Offer them a free gift of some sort to sign up to your newsletter, typically just some tips or a boot camp. Now you can email them daily with additional valuable information to help them achieve their goals.
With this example, you can promote what you consider to be the best money making opportunity on the planet which of course is your MLM business.
The more value you put out the more people are going to become attracted to the idea of working with you.
Much More Too It
Now what I just explained is a high-elevated overview of how attraction marketing works, but it gives you a good idea of the basics.
Another target market you could target are product users.
Let’s say you are with a weight loss company and you want to sell a ton of product. You could set yourself up as the weight loss guru and then go to work teaching people all about nutrition, exercise, healthy living and of course weight loss.
All the while recommending your companies weight loss product as the best solution to weight loss.
And lastly you could also target fellow network marketers.
There are tons of people struggling in the industry. Teach them how to achieve results, set yourself up as the leader and before long many will want to partner with you in your company.
2 Words of Warning
Warning #1 – There is no question that most of the leaders you see on the internet promoting their company, products, books and courses have used this strategy to either achieve the success they have or to maintain it.
But you do not have to use this strategy to become a top leader in your mlm company, in fact the majority of top earners have not.
It is not for everyone…
The reason I say that is like anything else worthwhile it takes time, energy and money to do well at it.
There is a very real and steep learning curve.
There is a very real chance that if you work diligently at this method for 2 hours a day 4 -5 days a week you probably will not see results for at least 6 months if not 2 years!
Most people will quit way before that, as they want instant results. This strategy does not work that way.
But when you do start to get results, when you do start to get traction the 6 – 24 months will be well worth it.
Your prospecting and recruiting will pretty much be on autopilot because you will no longer have to go out and meet people or prospect them as they will be coming to you wanting to find out about your opportunity.
Warning #2 – A successful MLM business and the corresponding residual income is built by getting a large group of people performing a few simple activities over an extended period of time.
Attraction marketing is not a simple activity…
So it is crucial that you not only learn but embrace other methods of building your business. Not only learn and embrace them but actively use them.
For example, the warm market is the foundation of any successful business in this industry. The easiest activity that anyone can ever engage in is going to their warm market, the people that they already know.
And if you train them how to do this the right way they will see success as will you and as result your downline and business is going to grow.

Another method of prospecting and recruiting you should engage in is social media recruiting. It is also a very simple strategy that works very well and your team will be able to also do it and see great results. You can learn more about it here:

Do not push attraction marketing on your team. Reserve it for the over achievers and real go getters.
