Today we are going to dive into my 3 top MLM Recruiting Secrets. If you implement these strategies into your business building activities you will quite literally crush your business within the next 6 months.
Why do I say 6 months? Because that is the amount of time it took me to earn six figures in my network marketing company. And with hard work and determination there is no reason why you cannot do the exact same thing. 
Now before we get into these powerful business building strategies let’s address the Elephant in the room… are there really any secrets out there?
No clearly there are not and I actually hate that term because it creates a false impression that certain people or industry leaders are keeping these secrets from their downline. Which makes absolutely no sense.
It is in the best interest of every leader to provide their downline with all the tools and strategies to become as successful as possible.
The more a team earns the more the leader earns. So don’t you think they would want to provide their team with as many tools and strategies to win that they possibly could?
It only makes sense right?
Now having said that are there strategies you may not be aware of that can help you grow a large network marketing business? And because you don’t know of them I guess you could call them secrets of sorts; but in reality they are strategies you simply may not be aware of yet.
But after reading this post you most certainly will be aware of them and then it is up to you to use them!

Recruiting Secret #1 – Don’t Skip Your Warm Market
Yup your warm market groan! But hold on what I am about to share is not the usual warm market BS. Read on to find out how I work it and why it is crucial you do also…
There is a lot of hype about the internet as being the way to build your business and while yes I am 100% for focusing the majority of your recruiting activities online you do so at the detriment of serious growth if you skip going to your warm market first.
It is very important for the long term success of your MLM business that you build into your team’s culture that going to your warm market first is how the business is built.
I created a six figure income by focusing on my warm market first. It is how the business has been built for years and it will continue to be.
Now do not misunderstand me…
I am not saying that you are only ever going to focus on your warm market. Not at all. In fact the opposite is true.
In the grand scheme of things the time you spend on your warm market is going to be a tiny fraction of time as compared to the time you are going to spend during the rest of your MLM Career prospecting from the cold market.
So bear with me.
The following 3 reasons are why your warm market are important:
1) You might crush it with your warm market which will create incredible momentum in your downline.
2) Your warm market is your training grounds. It is where you are allowed to make your prospecting mistakes. It’s where you learn how the prospecting process works. As such it makes no difference whether you have success in your warm market of not, you are learning and that is what counts.
3) You never know who on your team will crush their warm market and explode your downline as a result. There is a saying in this business “every dud knows a stud”. Just because you did not have success in your warm market does not mean you or a team member may not recruit a monster who will blow up their warm market.
Because if these 3 things it is crazy to skip going to your warm market and it will slow your growth down and limit the potential size of your organization and bank account!

Recruiting Secret #2 – Use Social Media
It is no secret that Social media is a game changer for network marketing. Never in the history of the MLM industry as there ever been a medium that is as powerful of a recruiting tool as social media.
Having the ability to be able to literally log into your computer and have thousands and thousands of prospects at your fingertips has evened the playing field. Anyone with desire now has the ability to create a very successful home based business from the comforts of their home.
Now as beneficial as social media can be for recruiting, the opposite is also true. If you use this medium incorrectly it can completely destroy any chance you have of being successful.
And the sad thing is that most network marketers are doing it all wrong.
They are posting links to their MLM opportunity or product everywhere. This is spam and it repels people, it turns them off and you have no chance of recruiting them or getting them as customers.
They are sending messages to friends and family members, begging them to join their opportunity. Harassing them over and over again with company and product links.
They are posting copy and paste messages in Facebook groups. Turning Facebook groups into nothing but spam central.
If you are doing any of these things stop immediately. It is hurting not just your chances of success but it is also giving the industry a terrible name.
There are two recruiting strategies that are working on social media at the moment and in particularly on Facebook.
The direct approach and the passive approach.
The Direct Approach to Recruiting on Facebook
The direct approach is where you are targeting a certain group of people on Facebook. You need to decide who this group is. What type of people you want in your MLM business. What type of people you relate to.
You are then direct messaging them asking if they are open to looking at your opportunity. This is what I call a burn and turn method. You are burning through numbers, looking for those who are open.
With this strategy you want to work the numbers and not be afraid to contact large numbers of prospects daily.
It’s a very powerful recruiting strategy and it works very well. But there are things you need to know to implement this strategy correctly.

The Passive Approach to Recruiting on Facebook
The passive approach is more of a rapport building approach. Instead of burning through large numbers like you would in the direct approach you focus on building rapport through a strategy of creating influence.
This works very well because it is the people with influence who are able to recruit large numbers of distributors.
Have you ever seen someone join your MLM business and immediately shoot up through the ranks?
They are able to do this because somehow somewhere in their lives they have created influence over a large group of people.
Influence is powerful because when you have influence:
- People listen to you
- People respect you
- People look up to you
- People follow you
- And when you approach these people about your MLM business opportunity people listen
Having influence is huge deal and if there is a secret in this industry it would be this.
Now what is cool is with social media you can duplicate this type of influence.
Using the right techniques you can easily create influence over large numbers of people and easily recruit them into your business.
I highly recommend this strategy, it works very well and it is duplicatable, you can easily get your whole team doing it in no time.

Recruiting Secret #3 – Have Prospects Come to You
OK this in my personal opinion is the most powerful prospecting and recruiting method available.
And yes it is very possible and doable to have prospects come to you asking you about your network marketing opportunity.
Can you imagine what it would be like to wake up in the morning and find in your email inbox 5 – 10 emails from people wanting to know about your business opportunity?
Yup it makes for a great day and it happens daily for thousands of network marketers who use this strategy.
It is called Attraction Marketing and it uses the power of the internet to market your business. It puts the “marketing” back into network marketing.
By marketing you and your business online using these strategies it attracts people who are perfect for your business to you.
You then use funnels to sift and sort the serious people out of the crowd and you spend your time enrolling them.
It is also a passive prospecting method. You put up a piece of marketing content today that will continue to bring new prospects to you for many years to come.
This is why I say you can wake up to 5 – 10 emails from serious prospects, because your marketing content you have created has gone to work doing the prospecting for you while you were sleeping.
Pretty cool right?
Now there is a catch as there always is with things that sound too good to be true. And while all of what I just said is true the catch is that it takes time to get good at attraction marketing.
It takes time to learn how to do this and it takes time for your marketing to take effect and start bringing you prospects daily. There is a learning curve to it that not everyone on your team will want to invest their time in.
So it is crucial to your success in MLM that if you decide you want to use this strategy (and I recommend you do), that you only spend 20 – 30% of the time you have allotted to building your business towards learning it.
The rest of your time focus on the other recruiting methods we discussed.
